Courtesies and Policies
In an effort to accommodate all our clients and respect our practitioners, we ask that you
notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Changes or cancellations with less
than 24 hours notice may result in a charge of 50% of the service rate. Late arrivals will receive service for the time remaining
on the appointment at full service rate.
We reserve services of two or more hours with a credit card. We will
gladly exchange or offer store credit for any products returned within 30 days. We offer gift cards in any denomination. Our
gift cards do not include gratuity. They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Pleasant Touch is not responsible
for lost or stolen cards. All of our services are also available for parties, including birthdays, bridal or baby showers,
